This week's challenge at Pals Paper Arts is a Monochromatic Challenge (PPA53) featuring PURPLE! So many things pop into my head when I think about purple! It actually happens to be one of my favorite colors!

Barney, as in dinosaur, would be first on my "purple list" (my children loved him growing up)! Prince also comes to mind (and yes, I did have his album and still enjoy his music)! Tall irises, cheerful pansies, fluffy hydrangeas (three of my favorite flowers)! Whoopi and Oprah (The Color Purple)! Beautiful amethyst jewelry! Kings, queens, royalty! I could go on and on!
My card doesn't feature Barney, but it does feature every single shade of purple that's available from Stampin' Up! The clean and simple layout also showcases some of the beautiful and elegant new Designer Series Papers from Stampin' Up!, as well as one of the new stamp sets. This card could easily be adapted for any occasion by simply changing out the sentiment. And the best part? It was quick and easy to make!
