It's time for another Color Challenge (PPA182) at Pals Paper Arts! I hope you'll be inspired to play along with me and my fellow Resident Artists at PPA using this beautiful color combo!
This fresh, modern color palette is not one you'd typically think of for Christmas or the holidays, but I wanted to make it work to create a seasonal card. This card was easy to make and came together very quickly!
I stamped snowflakes onto Very Vanilla and added a little bling to the center of the flakes stamped in Elegant Eggplant. Adding the rhinestones and using two different colors for stamping the snowflakes, makes some appear closer and some farther away, creating instant visual depth. A simple sentiment was stamped with metallic ink, adding just the right touch of shimmer to complement the added embellishment and the rhinestones on the card. So simple, yet so elegant! I hope you like it as much as I do! Please leave me a comment below and let me know what you think!
All supplies are Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted:
Stamps: Endless Wishes, Sweet Essentials
Paper: Elegant Eggplant, Smoky Slate, Very Vanilla card stock
Ink: Elegant Eggplant, Smoky Slate Classic Ink; Silver Encore Metallic
Tools: Stamp-a-ma-jig
Extras: Frosted Finishes Embellishments, Mini Glue Dots, Stampin' Dimensionals, Tombow Multi Purpose Adhesive
Sparkling beautiful, Margaret!

This is so lovely! Clean and elegant, and I think it could be mass-produced. Also the best use of the Frosted Finishes Embellishments that I've seen. Just yummy!
