It's Monday and that means it's time for another Merry Monday Challenge hosted by Lesley Croghan at Always Playing with Paper! This week we have a sketch challenge (Merry Monday #49) for you to try! I hope you'll play along with us and get a jump start on your Christmas cards! Here's the sketch Lesley designed for us:
My card features patterned papers from the Be of Good Cheer Designer Series Paper package from Stampin' Up! I used the Labels Framelits to frame the stamped sentiment and added a sprig of rhinestone embellished greenery for a finishing touch!
Be sure to visit the rest of the Merry Makers to see how they interpreted this sketch! I know this talented group will inspire you to get out your supplies and join the fun! I can't wait to see what you create!
All supplies are Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted:
Stamps: Delightful DozenPaper: Gumball Green, Very Vanilla card stock; Be of Good Cheer DSP
Ink: Cherry Cobbler
Tools: Big Shot, Labels Framelits Dies, Bird Builder Punch
Extras: Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine, adhesive rhinestones (my embellishment stash), Stampin' Dimensionals, Tombow Multi Purpose Adhesive
Hey there! For a second, I thought you used the beautiful card you made for Donna to give to me for Christmas! It's a little different, but so gorgeous! I haven't had time to play with my new goodies yet..can't wait to find a moment of peace and quiet to get started!!
I am going to make my son a birthday card today, so maybe getting all of the supplies out again will get me started!
Great to see you on Friday. Have a great week!
