If you follow my blog, you know I love bright colors! I also love bold, graphic designs too! This card features all of those elements in a simple and fun Valentine card! I LOVE all the colored circles grouped together and the one lone heart, don't you? The colors really POP against the black background! Inspiration for this card came from my daughter's umbrella (click on the photo to enlarge the photo and see the design up close). And, yes! That's my beautiful daughter (whom you can't see) hiding behind the umbrella (Thanks, G!)!
My interpretation of the design is quite literal and it's easy to recreate with a few punches (see supplies below). The black background was trimmed to 4"x5" to accomodate the colored circles and the card base is 4-1/4"x5-1/4". Get out your punches and give it a try!
If you like this card, please leave me a comment! I'd love to hear from you! I'm doing my best to share more of my creations with you more often! My hope is that you always find some inspiration in my work! I love sharing it with you!
