I think you'll love playing with the sketch this week at Pals Paper Arts! It has so many possibilities, so I hope you'll give it a try! Be sure to visit the PPA blog to see what our Resident Artists have done with it too!
Since Halloween is just around the corner, I decided to create a Halloween card! I had no Halloween-themed paper on hand, so I used black and white chevron patterned paper for my background and card stock in traditional Halloween colors to make my diagnoal element on the card. This made the perfect backdrop for featuring the sentiment, which was stamped, snipped, punched and layered to give it some dimension and presence. A punched layer of Old Olive behind the stacked sentiment adds interest and eye-catching color. This card looks complicated, but it's not. It comes together rather quickly and the results are bold, graphic and fun!
Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think about this card! I really appreciate your comments and love hearing from you! Then get out your supplies and join us for this challenge! I can't wait to see what you create!Stamps: Halloween Bash
