OMGosh! Where does one begin with the beautiful card, your Dad's wonderful story, what you and your brother are doing for the siblings or tribute to our armed forces..it's all FANTASTIC!

LeAnne

Incredible card and I loved your "sentimental journey" about your dad and your family!

Linda Callahan

This is classic and stunning - a fitting tribute to everyone who has served our country. Loved hearing about your dad. Mine was in the Air Force stationed in England during WWII. We owe that generation so much!

Ann Schach

A touching tribute to your father and a fabulous card!

Dawn

The attention to detail is fantastic, Margaret. I too thought the patch was real. I appreciated your thoughts about your father and his service.

A beautiful tribute to your dad. Thanks to him and all those who have served. It's because of their sacrifice and courage we are able to live with so many freedoms in this great country.

WOW!!! Your card is absolutely stunning. I too thought the emblem was real. Wow!!! I too make cards for albums. I seem to get more incentive doing that. You dad must of been a wonderful, special man!! Handsome too. Hugs,

Patti MacLeith

That folder/card will look wonderful in the album! I need to know how you made those "wings!"

Nancy Lempinen

This is a beautiful card for your Dad, it gave me goose bumps reading about him. I really thought it was a real patch from the service. My step-dad was also in the Air Corp and he too was very proud of his military service.
I don't know how any other card for the "stars" challenge could even come close to yours.
Would love to know how you created the wings.

Lynne Hurlburt

I thought the badge was real too. Great job. My Dad was a pilot on the aircraft carriers during the war and also never talked about it. TFS Hugs n' Stuff, Lynne

When I first saw your wonderful card I knew there was a military connection. As a veteran myself I am so touched by your card. Your story of your father is awesome. Your clean & simple style is so perfect for a military tribute. Thanks for sharing!
Joan!!!

Making a scrapbook with all his memorabilia will be a beautiful thing, I am sure your siblings will enjoy it. And yes he has a Jimmy Stewart resemblance. The card is great.
