Gorgeous card Margaret. When I think of purple, it brings to mind one of my best friends! Her favorite color is purple and she even has purple shoes to prove it!

Hi Margaret,
Greetings from Australia...when I think of the colour purple I think of the movie of the same name that I saw for the first time a few months ago, what a powerful movie and very moving, I loved Oprah and I loved your card.

Such a classy and elegant card Margaret. I love it! I especially like your use of the colored paper strips in place of ribbon--such a clean and simple look. Purple makes me think of opulence and this card is luxe!

Purple. I used to want a purple room when I was a little girl. I settled for yellow and orange when I was a teenager and given the choice. Whew! Anyway, that's what I always think of with purple! Your card is so pretty with those two shades in there. I was too chicken to put two of them together.

Missy

Beautiful card! I think oh the movie Color Purple!

Patrice Herrera

Purple Skittles and Welch's Grape juice and my parents' grape arbor........oh and I can smell the juice cooking when Mom was making grape jam!

I live just south of Baltimore, so purple means the Baltimore Ravens!
